Broad Oaks, Downham Market - Q2 2022 Planning Update

We are delighted to share with our Broad Oaks Investors, full planning was granted in April for this major development of 300 homes. As such, Prosperity will be completing on the purchase of the land on 14th June 2022.

Prosperity appreciate that the planning process has taken longer than originally envisioned, and we thank our clients for their patience during this time.

With this in mind, the legal process will commence not long thereafter, at which point draft contracts will be issued to the solicitors. Legal exchange is therefore anticipated to take place later this year.
