- First Charge Security over the development asset with a GDV of £79.4m and a capital raise of £51.5m, giving an LTV of 65%.
- During the build program, buyers will already be fully committed by paying up to 35% of the property value.
- 147 of the 300 plots have legally exchanged, representing a GDV of £37.7m. (We will only draw down 75% of the exchange values).
- 60 properties have been secured by a housing association.
- Clear exit strategy upon practical completion of Phase 1, with the first properties completing from February 2025 onwards.
