  • During the build program, buyers will already be fully committed by paying up to 35% of the property value.
  • 147 of the 300 plots have legally exchanged, representing a GDV of ยฃ37.7m. (We will only draw down 75% of the exchange values).
  • 60 properties have been secured by a housing association.
  • Clear exit strategy upon practical completion of Phase 1, with the first properties completing from February 2025 onwards.
